Strengthening Words

by Jennifer Button
(Kent)

I keep a copy of 'It's OK to Believe' beside my bed.

Every night I open it at random and read a poem.
It is always apposite, always uplifting, and always fills me with the memory of Katherine's positive attitude and cheeky laugh.

Thank you my friend. I am going to need more strength at the moment.
I shall turn to your words more often, knowing that they will never fail to support me.

Jenny (Jennifer Button)

Note from a-spiritual-journey-of-healing.com

Dear Jenny,

May the words in It's OK to Believe and in your own heart connect you with the Strength that is always ours to accept.

We feel so weak at times.
We are weak in our humaness.

But, with humility and a little willingness, we set aside our feelings and allow Strength to flow in us.

Seeing you held in Strength and Love,

Katherine

Reading It's OK to Believe

by Shaun
(Wiltshire)

I am re-reading It's OK to Believe. It is phenomenal!
I am so drawn by the entirety, the one-ness of practical spiritual experience.
It speaks to me on so many levels.

Love and wishes,
Shaun x

"One thing that struck me was the stripping of ego in the work. Most of us have a comfy ego façade, but weakness and disease tore Katherine’s away. The poems in Be Loved Beloved come from the heart."
