One of the few holistic healing programs I promote each year is the Tapping World Summit now in its 6th year.

It was excellent again.

Here are some of my thoughts on watching one of the holistic healing programs - a preliminary video with Louise Hay.

Louise Hay's book You Can Heal Your Life was one of the first books on my journey of self healing. How lovely to see Louise Hay looking so well at age 86, still learning and ready to heal the next thing that comes up.

I truly believe this is our service to the world - to keep healing the next thing that presents itself. Dis-ease has risen to the surface of our lives because we have the strength to ask for help and healing.

I tapped along as Louise Hay worked on her issue.. and had a good cry.

This year I have tapped since a program in the summit on something from my childhood. I am yet to be clear if there is any physical healing, but it is certainly evident that I still have feelings to feel and clear.

Last year, when tapping along the summit, I had a great result: Healing from feeling the cold badly.

I no longer feel the cold as I did before! The healing remains a year later, and I am saving money on my heating bills. Yes!

Tapping is an easy self help healing technique which can be done on anything.

Spirituality In Recovery. Empowering Women

The Alpha Chick Telesummit is now over.

These holistic healing programs celebrated the book launch for Mal Duane's book Alpha Chick: five steps for moving from pain to power. Mal is an amazing woman who among other things has built a school in Konjila, West Africa that educates a hundred students annually.

I have read her book. Though her story is very different from my own, I could relate to her experience that in her own strength she did not have the power to overcome her problem - in her case alcohol addiction. But through spiritual discipline her spiritual connection became strong and she accessed God's strength to heal her life.
