The telesummit celebrates the upcoming book launch for Mal Duane's book Alpha Chick: five steps for moving from pain to power. Mal is an amazing woman who amongst other things has built a school in Konjila, West Africa that educates a hundred students annually.

I have read her book. Though her story is very different from my own, I could relate to her experience that in her own strength she did not have the power to overcome her problem - in her case alcohol addiction. But through spiritual discipline her spiritual connection became strong and she accessed God's strength to heal her life.

This speaker on forgiveness on 8th Feb sounds especially interesting to me:

Brenda Adelman. Her story of forgiveness of her father for murdering her mother and then marrying her aunt. She focuses on the power of self-forgiveness, releasing the past and creating a joyful present.

Also, on the same day, Krystalya Marie - an energy healer who developed successfully removed a breast lump, and developed holistic healing programs to teach others how to self heal.
