5. There Is Nothing Which Sets You Apart. You Can Be Healed
You may ask: Is there something about me which means I will not be healed?
Jesus heals them all
“But when Jesus knew it,
he withdrew himself from thence:
and great multitudes followed him,
and he healed them all;”
(Matthew 12:15, KJV esword Bible Healing Scripture)
“Now when the sun was setting,
all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him;
and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.”
(Luke 4:40, KJV esword)
“And the whole multitude sought to touch him:
for there went virtue out of him,
and healed them all. ”
(Luke 6:19, KJV esword, healing scripture)
These healing scriptures make it clear that Jesus healed them all. He healed all those sick people that were brought to him. All of them. There was no one he turned away.
He didn't say: Sorry it is not your time.
He didn't say: Sorry you don't deserve it.
He didn't say: Your suffering is really serving the world so would you mind sticking with it a little longer.
Jesus healed them all.
Do you believe this?

Prayer to let go of specialness
Dear Jesus,
If I have any belief that I am specially bad
or any belief that there is something about me that makes me less able to receive healing,
or unworthy or less worthy of healing.
I let go of that belief now.
I let it go.
I let it go.
I am a child of God just like everyone else.
I let go of specialness.
I allow you to help me receive all that my loving Father/Mother would have me receive.
You healed them all.
Please heal me.
I receive.
Thank you.

6. Jesus Healed. And He Still Heals Now
You may ask: OK, Jesus healed. but he isn’t here now, is he?
Yes, Jesus is here, right now.
Do you believe that Jesus is risen and available to have a relationship with you today?
If you had a relationship with the physical embodied Jesus in his lifetime do you believe Jesus could have healed you?
And if so, do you believe Jesus can heal you now?
“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and for ever.”
(Hebrews 13:8, KJV esword, healing scripture)
This healing scripture reminds us that nothing has changed. If Jesus ever healed then Jesus is even more available to heal now that he is risen.
If Jesus were here, right now, would you ask for healing?
If your answer is yes, you may want to stop right now, and say this short prayer for health:
A Short Prayer For Jesus to Heal You
Dear Jesus,
You say:
“And let him who hears say, “Come!” (Revelation 22:17, NIV)
I say “Come”.
I invite you to be here with me now.
Jesus, please heal me.
I receive your healing.
It is done.
Thank you.
Amen.

7. It Serves God To Ask For Healing
You may ask: Is it selfish to ask for healing?
Jesus heals Peter's mother in law
“When Jesus came into Peter’s house,
he saw Peter’s mother-in-law lying in bed with a fever.
He touched her hand and the fever left her,
and she got up and began to wait on him.”
(Matthew 8:14-15, NIV Bible Healing Scripture)
This healing scripture tells us that when Peter’s mother-in-law had the flu Jesus healed her. She then looked after them.
Do you think you are serving God better by being ill?
If the answer is Yes, then you may choose not to ask for healing.
But perhaps you feel frustrated that your illness prevents you from serving in the way you would like.
Make a list of how you would serve God if you were well.
Make a list of how you are serving God now you are ill.
In which way do you believe you serve God best?
Now hand it over to God to decide whether it is time for you to experience IMPROVED HEALTH.
Perhaps you will receive the peace of knowing that you are serving God well right now.
Many of us do serve God well in a time of illness because we become willing to recognise that without God we are nothing - I believe this is the attitude that is referred to when the word 'humility' is used in the Bible.
Likewise, many of us serve God well in a time of illness because we become less attached to our status or our ideas of ourselves and more willing to be used as a channel for Love and Peace.
In my years of being bedbound I became convinced that I WAS serving a purpose.
Because I couldn't talk or walk, normal ways of solving problems or avoiding problems weren't available to me, and so I practised forgiveness on everything!

Prayer for healing from Jesus
Jesus, please touch my hand.
Peter's mother in law didn't even ask you for healing.
Even though my asking is imperfect, I choose to believe it is enough.
The illness leaves me.
I get up and wait on you.
Asking this for myself and for all who read this and wish to join me in this prayer.
Thank you Jesus. You have the power to do this.
AMEN
You can use the following healing scripture to claim the POWER to serve God whether in illness or in health.
“And God is able to make
all grace abound to you,
so that in all things at all times,
having all
that you need,
you will abound in every good work.”
(2 Corinthians 9:8, NIV)
A prayer for provision
God you are able to make
all grace abound to me,
so that in all things at all times,
having all
that I need,
I will abound in every good work.
Thank you.

Anyway, I digress!
As a result of praying on this, some of you will come to believe that just as Peter's
mother in law was able to serve Jesus better in health, so you are also
be able to serve God better in health.
If so, relax about whether health is God's will and let yourself RECEIVE HEALTH.
