Children’s poem about prayer and noah

Noah Helped the Animals
Noah peeked through algae port holes
a pigeon was upset
coffee was low on the boat
nowhere else to go
the ducks and lions played Monopoly
waiting for a better day
another sunset of rain
take more time to remove
the pain
God was not upset
he cleared the waves
a blue bird sung
Amazing Grace
animals came out of hibernation
looking for a new nation
dry land
and sand
the people's land
starting over without sin
a place where
everyone could win
Noah helped the animals
these were not cannibals
but loving Pit Bulls
loving doves
cats and dogs
with a menthol drop
under his tongue
a little mouse
sang a song
Calm my Stormy Soul
and they all
crawled back into
a rat hole
God can meet all your needs
why not get on your knees
pray like Daniel
3 times a day
the Lord will show you
another day
Thank You Jesus
