Daily Dose

I share these sentiments Debbie.

One of my most important 'happenings' was when my beautiful sister gave me a daily calendar from the Brahma Kumaris.

Each day as you fold over the new page of your journey, it provides a few words of encouragement or a nudge to view a situation in a slightly different way.

This adaptive, inclusive response to situations leaves the mind more objective, calmer and more able to smooth out the emotional bumps which all of us inevitably encounter!

We see ourselves through a multi-faceted prism of light and on my journey now i have decided to bring as much colour and beauty into the light as i can muster.

I feel a sense of peace which travels through me to the 'other' and i thank God for the chance to learn new skills of peacemaking and Goodwill to all souls.
