The passover:

The following is a Christian Passover prayer based in part on the above verses.
A Christian Passover spiritual prayer for protection
Dear Jesus,
I remember you in the breaking of bread and in the drinking of wine.
My commemoration of you breaking bread with the disciples is my continuing celebration of the Festival of the Passover.
My recognition of the crucifixion is my marking of you as my Passover sacrifice.
My recognition of your resurrection is my knowledge that whatever the apparent danger, I remain safe and healed and whole.
By this spiritual knowledge, any plague passes over me.
By this spiritual knowledge, myself and my house are protected.
By this spiritual knowledge, I rise again.
Thank you.
Amen.
A prayer for protection in time of quarantine emotional distress or emotional abuse
Go, my people, enter your rooms
and shut your doors behind you.
Hide yourselves a little while
until the wrath has passed.
(Isaiah 26:20, Bible verse for spiritual protection)
When
I feel myself under attack
I enter a quiet place with you.
I hide myself away for a while.
Maybe it is to let my own emotions quieten.
You hold me in your love and soothe my emotions.
Maybe it is because I feel at the effect of someone else's emotional outburst.
You remind me that I am safe in you.
You hold me in your love and soothe my emotions.
I hide myself away and I pray for protection from the other.
I also ask you to bring them peace.
Their peace brings me greater peace.
Maybe my immune system feels under attack and I take this quiet time to let it restore itself to health.

Prayer for protection from food allergy,
sensitivity, virus, bacteria etc
“Are you still so dull?” Jesus asked them.
“Don’t you see that whatever enters the mouth goes into the stomach
and then
out of the body?
But the things that come out of the mouth come from the heart,
and these make a man ‘unclean’.”

I have multiple chemical sensitivity.
I enjoy the rudeness of Jesus in this powerful quote. I can take it from him!
When I experience symptoms I speak this protection quote into my life ....
"Am I so dull?"
I figure it works for what I breathe in as well as for what I eat.
Dear
Jesus,
you tell me that whatever enters my mouth passes out of my body.
If I experience myself as under attack, or I fear symptoms from a sensitivity or allergy, or something breathed in.
I call on your words.
I cannot do this on my own.
But I CAN call on your words.
I CAN repeat your words.
I claim the truth of your words.
I choose to pay attention to what comes out of my mouth.
In this moment, I choose my words.
"I am safe and healed and whole.
My body copes easily.
My body is healthy.
My body lets something that is good for me
be integrated
into my body.
My body protects itself against or eliminates something it does not need.
My body has done these things many many times.
It does them NOW
in THIS situation."
I claim these words in my life.
I let go of the need for an immediate result.
I have asked and I receive.
I let time pass. I relax.
Thank you.

A blessing as
a prayer for protection against a virus or emotional attack
Dear
God,
I feel some fear about the person in front of me.
Perhaps it's because they have something contagious.
Perhaps there is an emotional energy about them which triggers fear in me.
I switch from being concerned with what might be coming at me.
I choose to focus on what I am giving.
In my mind's eye, I picture someone I find it easy to love in front of me.
I send them a blessing.
I feel the warmth in my heart as I send it.
Now in their place I place the person towards whom I feel some fear.
I send a blessing to the person in front of me.
If I am able to do so I feel warmth in my heart as I send it.
My blessings form a circle of love around me.
I am protected and at peace within this circle of blessings.
My blessings protect me from bringing harm to another.
I see this other person as blessed by you.
I see your blessing as a protective shield around them.
They are protected and at peace within the circle of blessings.
Their blessedness protects them from bringing harm to me.
Thank you God that your love and peace are available to me right now.
Thank you that you are here with me.
Thank you that you work through me.
Thank you that you accept my mind, hands and heart to work on your behalf.
Thank you that you bless me.
Thank you that you bless the other through me.
Thank you that you are.

These Bible verses for spiritual protection from slander have the Old Testament flavour of – ‘God, please let them know how it feels to be treated this way.
There may be a time when speaking these words helps you to see
your situation more clearly.
You’re being treated badly.
You’re not alone in this experience. The psalmist knew the same.
You have permission to feel any feeling such as fear and anger that helps you
to see more clearly that this is not what you deserve.
Once you have received that appropriate validation you might choose to work with the framework that what is outside you is also inside you.
You can use this prayer for spiritual protection to motivate you to locate the voice inside you which tells you that you are not worthy to be included, that you never will be included, and that the unfair treatment of exclusion is all you can expect.
You can choose instead to listen to the voice of Love - the voice of God - and actively let yourself be included in that Love for more and more moments of each day.
Our true spiritual protection is to rest in God.
God speaks the truth - we are all his one holy and beautiful child.
No words spoken by ourselves or another can change this.
Hear, O God, my voice of complaint;
preserve my life from dread of the enemy.
Hide me from the scheming of the wicked,
from the mob of workers of iniquity,
who sharpen their tongues like swords
and aim their bitter words like arrows,
ambushing the innocent in seclusion,
shooting suddenly, without fear.
They hold fast to their evil purpose;
they speak of hiding their snares.
“Who will see them?” they say.
They devise injustice and say,
“We have perfected a secret plan.”
For the inner man and the heart are mysterious.
But God will shoot them with arrows;
