by Katie

Thank you. The info about resting gave me encouragement.
Often I feel like I wasn't trying hard enough would become depressed!
I will try self talk!

Dear Katie,
I am not too sure which page you had read, but I am so glad it helped.
I too used to give myself a hard time for not resting well!
As we love ourselves as we are, it all gets easier.
Please note that I got better, and I am still not good at resting.
I learned a lot about being still and silent though. I am glad of it.
I know it helped me to keep my sanity, my perspective and most importantly to deepen the spiritual connection whilst living with illness.
We do the best we can and we keep learning. :-)
If you want a FREE e-book on The Release, then go to the home page to the top right corner for information. It outlines a simple powerful technique for learning from a place of loving and accepting ourselves instead of trying to fix ourselves.
With the Love we are,
Katherine
